Return and rights of withdrawal

If you regret your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your packet to return it. If you are not able to make it within 14 days, please contact us by Email: hello@rainbylund.com, and we will do our best to help you and come up with a solution.
It is important that we receive the product in the same condition and amount as you got it from us. We also require receiving it returned in the original packaging. If you do not follow our requests, we have all our rights to not transfer you back the full amount from your purchase.  

No returnlabel will be included in your order. Therefor you will have to be aware that it is your responsibility to make sure we receive your return package. We encourage you to pay extra for track and trace.
For returns in Denmark make sure to send it with “omdeling” otherwise we won’t pick up your return, and it will return to you within 14 days, danish shipping rights.

 

As said before Rain by Lund will pay back your amount as long as your return matches our standards.
If so the process of transferring money back to you will happen within 14 days. Be aware if use of Mastercard you might have to add on another 14 days before receiving your money.
